Check your scene for a "BP_Sky_Sphere", but this is not a global fix. Check your scene for a "Sky Atmosphere". I also found that the Directional Light -> "Affects World" affects the sky atmosphere. So, I think between options 2 and 3, you should be sorted. If not, I recommend checking the options given by other comments on this thread.
