If you have to choose one, go with uworld. UWorld is the gold standard for shelves and Step. I had 6 week clerkships, would try to finish UW in 4 (except for medicine lol) and then do a mix of UW incorrects + Amboss my last two weeks. Also the NBME's are pretty useful to do the week of the shelf.
