The Steam Subscriber Agreement DOES have an anti-class-action clause. It's clause 11, "DISPUTE RESOLUTION/BINDING ARBITRATION/CLASS ACTION WAIVER", which pretty clearly states that you can't participate in a class action lawsuit against Valve, with the exception that this clause may be found "illegal or unenforceable".
