They are a mix of traditional dungeons (the good ones) and Divine Beasts. You have to use a specific ability to solve puzzles and at the end there is a big traditional boss. Zelda essentially has a fairy tale atmosphere and story set up. It is a thousand miles from having the kind of lore, world building, character and story that the Lord of the Rings has. I don't think there is even that great basis for a live action movie, but we live in the times of videogames-->movies, so why not.
