The top 5 inclinations are: Utilitarian, Mitigator, Challenger, Scather, and Medicant. Utilitarian makes pawns work together better, use utility skills more often, and behave better against enemies they have knowledge of. Mitigator makes pawns focus the "weakest" enemies first.

You should never leave move slots vacant for a Pawn and creating a Strider Pawn without Fracture Dart and Dazzle Blast is just stupid. My level 198 Strider Pawn Lara runs rings ...

For support you will want Nexus the other is basically a toss up but if you want more healing all the time then Medicant. Otherwise, Util/Nex is the end all choice for all mages healer or damager. IMO.
Setting this inclination first means the pawn will stop casting a damage spell to heal whenever you lose the tiniest bit of health. Consider taking some healing items such as Kingwarish or Potent Greenwarish in your inventory and using them via hotkey if you need to. Sorcerer pawns don’t have any healing spells and only one debuff skill ...They will cost you 750RC. Use both scathers then the challenger. That should fix your pawn. And as for High blahblah. Thats the name for the upgraded spells for mage/sorcerer.
