As mentioned, Blood Kineticist is broken right now, as in not functioning. You can still play a Dhampir Kineticist, but you need to know how Kineticist functions so that you're not mislead. It functions basically like a spellcaster, it channels energy to shoot blasts of energy, or form it into a sword to hit things.
