The cam sensors are on the back of the heads. Visualize where the cams sit and where the back of them point to. Thats where they sit stuck in a hole in the back of the heads. fairly easy to get out, but the wire connector is a tricky SOB to get off. There is a single bolt holding them in place.

About two months ago I had a hard start in the cold (-20C/-4F) and brought up a engine light, which gave two codes: PO340 (Camshaft Position Sensor) and PO325 (Knock Sensor). I had a mechanic mate clear the code to see if it was just a glitch and about a month later it came on again, but only threw a PO340 code.These are your o2 sensors bank 2. Bank 1 is closest to firewall. Both bank 1+2 cam senors would be in almost identical positions but right beneath opposite valve covers (rocker covers) EACH VALVE COVER has a sensor. The third one is your Crank sensor. Mine is marked with green trim tape on the top of the wire where the two connectors meet.
