Strongest build is whatever you can use and be good with it (and ofc subjective) so if someone says critical build and 1-2 tap bosses and you get 1 tap before landing a hit or a super tank build that can take hits for days and eventually win. So best is subjective to every player and you should pick whatever you feel like would work for you.
