It’s a mix (I’d have to check the discord for exact #s), but: Beards need to be off. You’ll get some Blood, Time Machine and Augments levels (for Blood and Augments, the highest you can reasonably manage in the time you have). Once unlocked, the Infinity Cube appears in the Inventory Tab, right next to the weapon slot. It resembles an equipment slot except it cannot be moved or removed. Doing one basic and one 24 hour fairly soon after you unlock challenges is good for the first time rewards, otherwise you're probably better off waiting until later to do any serious amounts of challenges. You must beat Boss 301 and Beast v4 at least once. Otherwise the game will not let you go to evil at all. I've just completed No NGU challenge 1-4 yesterday with only 200 levels of A/D hack. My A/D does not get above 1 until about 5 minutes in and I didn't kill the first boss until ~15 minutes, but then the combination of Wandoos 98 (advanced training needed), 30 minute fruit activations, and the augment cascade after Boss 17 brings my completion time of the first challenge to about 1 hour.

With 50 ticks per second, 50 speed = 50 fills per second, 25 to 49.9 speed = 25 fills per second. Each fill generates [total energy bars] energy. A good way to get EXP at the beginning is to do around 30 mins rebirths. With 30 mins, you'll get through the Basic Training and reduce each one by 10%, and you'll reach the next rebirth time marker for your Number, and you'll cycle through all those bosses over and over again, every 30 mins.
