On my 306, with AFR heads, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake, and Holley 570 carb, I too did a lot of research for the best cam. I decided to go with Comp Cam for rockers, lifters and cam. I played with the program, and while it made some cam recommendations, I wasn't convinced.
