There is an extension called BetterDiscord. It's against Discord's ToS but Discord Staff Members replied that they wont take any action against users using this extension. With BetterDiscord you're able to change Discord's Theme. I saw a post awhile back saying that themes weren't allowed, but no staff replied, so I thought it was bollocks.
