Yes. Lucky pants + malfeasance is really strong against the bosses and the taken. If you focused on those enemies in gambit you'll burn through them quick. Edited for typo. If your wondering about the extra damage yes but only against the pve enemies it doesn't work against gaurdians. They most certainly do.
