Leaving on 5-10 you may get good boost in the 5000-6000 rpm area so be careful there. Tuning timing there is also for traction after the leave.

The 10.2 deck with a 4.25 crank will work well. Mine is 9.8 but I kept mine smaller for a single turbo. Any decent head will work. Everyone is so busy discussing the Stroke and Bore that only one person mentioned Cylinder Heads. Anyone who says a less cubic inch motor ran faster is because they ran out of cylinder head. A good flowing cylinder head should be everyone's 1st priority. 1.Additional Stroke increases piston speed.
