Pretty sure no, as that's how the item icons work. If you're fine using 3rd party addons, the Simple Tweaks plugin has a feature that lets you use any icon you can find the ID of for macros. Set the macro to micon the collectors stance that fishers use.The more I play, the more I miss those simple quality of life kinds of add-ons.
