I am an EB-5 Regional Center applicant. I submitted my I-485 in April 2021, received a request for evidence to submit my Form I-693 in May 2022, and responded end of June 2022. The USCIS status on my case was updated to “Response to RFE received.” However, it has just been updated again to “Case remains pending.”

My case status was changed to "Case Remains Pending and we have stopped working on your visa application as there are no visa available" on Sep 25th, 2023. This happened due to retrogression.
