There are 3 different actuator motors under the dash. One for the driver side temperature control, one for the passenger side and one for the floor v/s the upper vents control. The two that usually go bad are the driver's and passenger's side temperature control. IMHO, this looks to be a part of the door and not the actuator.

The display won't turn off, the backup camera won't work, the in car DVD etc won't play, it thinks it is moving when it is parked in the garage, and the radio says "Radio unavailable".
