The Uchigatana is very light and has low requirements, buffed you can defend yourself in melee pretty well without having to put many points in dex/strength.
The Sun Sword is the best straight sword for most melee builds, but especially those going quality due to its top-tier A scaling in both strength and dexterity. God knows there are plenty of other games out there. As for best PvE weapons, you won't have access yet to what I'd consider the two best choices, Drakeblood Greatsword and Red Iron Twinblades. Given where you are, your choices will depend on playstyle. If you're comfortable with Ultras, the Greatsword can be great.
Fire possessed armor sword is a really good int weapon as it doesn't require much str or dex to pump out some good damage. Just in case you don't know fire BNS/scaling is calculated by total int/fth and caps out around 60 total. So Putting 50 points into int is the same as 25 int and 25 fth. So it can be called a int scaling weapon.
