Ahh, this explains that. We had VERY few zombies spawn in the base, and they were all (I think) wearing civilian clothes. Probably only 5-10 zeds in the whole base when we came through. You are not playing the beta build then. Found that out myself some days ago.

And even then there isn't that much of that. There are many zombies dressed in military uniforms, but in the base there is no area with weapons. So in my opinion the loot there is not worth the amount of zombies.
