Thank you so much! I'm taking the position over at my store. Our last RXoM and 2 techs quit recently. I went to full time (my hours were cut to 5-6 hrs/week under the last RXoM), we got a transfer tech that is uncertified (and is fairly new) and a very green uncertified tech that is doing great so far.
