Probably about a year in, had it throwing codes like crazy, including start stop unavailable and "service shifter". Turned out the smaller of the two batteries was dead. So I replaced the batteries (both).

It is not clear to me if both ICE and hybrids have them. In any case, maybe the store that replaced the battery did not reset it or properly reconnect it.
