If no activity is registered on your account after 30 days, you will enter a 15-day cure period before you are de-enrolled from the Affordable Connectivity Program and the discount is removed from your account.

ACP is the $30 per month benefit it is referring to and it is a program offered by the Federal government whose qualifications are largely income based. Find out if you're qualified for ACP first. Call and ask Spectrum if your address is prequalified, and if not then you must submit an application at acpbenefit.org.
