Rubico has a few advantages, most importantly it has a better zoom bonus (+crit damage, where Vectis gets + headshot damage). It also has a higher base crit, and it's combo bonus is applied on the first shot. Vectis also has a few advantages, it has the highest status chance and second highest base damage of all snipers.

Rubico is a sniper rifle. It benefits from a scope, headshot multiplier, faster fire rate and reload speed. It's a hitscan and de facto dps weapon for Eidolon (not to say it's the only one viable however). Lanka is good for beginners but terrible compared with Rubico and Vectis.
