Buy the window regulator, once you confirm that in fact the window regulator is the problem. A simple 12 volt test to the motor will let you know. And if that's good, check the door switch. Either way, super easy. Super quick to fix the hardest part about it. Is lining everything else to come out the holes in the door once the panel is off.

Also now that I removed the door panel completely and reinstalled it the driver's switch no longer operates the front passenger window or the rear driver's window. Only the wonky driver's front window and seemingly normal operation of the rear passenger's window. Dealership here I come!
