Greetings, I just brought my Dad's B8200 standard trany home. It has 130 hrs on it. Everthing worked fine for a couple hrs, then the bucket did not want to respond nor did the back arms... That sounds like a $1,500CAD tractor to me. 2WD are near impossible to sell these days. I can buy a brand new bx2380 Kubota with 4WD, FEL, mower, blower and 6-year warranty for about $15,000CAD. That is along the lines of what I was thinking, but I figure it is worth a little more than $1100 USD.We crank ours year-round by pulling the decompression lever, spinning it with starter, and then pushing lever in. Takes longer to write than to do it. Seems easier on engine and starter and gets a squirt of oil moving internally. Also ensures that if needed it's--the decomp--ready. M.

B8200 Auxiliary Hydraulics Help. I'm posting this to try to get some help for my Dad. He's got an old Kubota B8200, 4wd, Gear transmission. He has a single hydraulic aux function valve installed (by the dealer) to run a small lift cylinder for his snowblower and now for his sickle bar. The problem is it seems to be generating a lot of heat.The B6200 and B7200 parts show 11 teeth for their shaft. My B8200 parts list calls for 16 teeth on the shaft. So this is the potential key to my problem.
