I believe my problem is either the pickup coil or the stator. I have run the ohm test on both components and they are ok. When I start the ATV I can engage the reverse first (R-light comes on) give it the gas but will not move. Start ATV engage forward first works fine, go to nutral fine, now it will not even engage to reverse.Remove the gas tank cover. Then remove the gas tank and you can easily get to the starter.
