It looks like an evaporation line, especially if the test has been sitting for a couple of hours. Blue dye tests are notorious for those damn evaps! Try again tomorrow with first morning urine and a pink dye test (First response early result seems to be the go-to).

Aside from looking at it after the recommended time frame, blue dye tests aren’t recommended because it can be difficult to distinguish a faint blue line from a faint gray evaporation line which is just where the pink/ blue line would show up if positive.
