Monk, for exemple, is an excellent job to start with. I'm replaying the whole game right now and got Vaan as a Monk at the start. I played 12 two years ago, completed a lot of it and found the game way too easy. Would a single job playthrough be more challenging but a bit bland, and a double job playthrough be the opposite?
