A Futures Commission Merchant is an organization that solicits or accepts orders to buy or sell futures or options contracts and accepts money or other assets from customers in connection with such orders. FCM’s work with the exchanges to handle confirmation, delivery, and settlement of transactions.
On the broker front, I've been with Tradovate, AMP, Edgeclear and Ninjatrader. Edgeclear has had the best customer service so far. When I email, I get a response same day. When I call, someone picks up. They don't do the weird overnight news margin adjustment that AMP does. This matters to me because I trade the European session.Program (LOD).
