Aug 8, 2022 · The issue has gotten worse. I pay for prime and cannot watch it. Seriously thinking about cancelling my subscription to Amazon prime. It’s the only streaming app that is having the issue and I have others that are fine and they are free. Update - reset of Roku stick seems to have fixed the issue as of now. I haven't experienced this on any of my Stick 3600 or Stick 3800 devices. What I do experience is that Prime Video FF / RW is stupidly hard to control b/c it goes too fast! I did just read that it might work better using the purple D-Pad, so I'll try that soon.
