At level 15 you kind of need a lot of resources to get from 15-17 which you CAN do by gathering them but it does take time, however you won’t need to spend the $9.99 I personally didn’t want to spend another week on this game and with the $9.99 i brought the speedups and resources pack and finished it asap.
