Mine is the first-gen model with a rather interesting set of sights. They are milled into the slide and sit flush. The front sight is a white triangle, and the rear is a white rectangle. I had a trigger reset problem with my P-11. #1 problem - it might be dirty. You have to take the frame out of the grip and examine the trigger, trigger reset spring, and transfer bar.
