So I put a 212 on a similar frame. It's a small frame but the 212 works perfect. I left it stock with the governor intact. It will hit about 30 mph with a 200lb man on it. It does have a lot of torque though. And you have to be careful of wheelies. But that being said the 212 predator is a great motor for that frame.

They do not specific break in oil, and do not idle for extended periods, get at it, it is right or wrong it will let you know.
