Great customer service. I ordered a set of ball joints for my accord since they had the best price. I was in no rush and just gathering parts for a major suspension overhaul. Something happened during shipping and the ball joints were lost so I only received an empty box. I sent an email and the immediately sent me another set of ball joints.
