This thread is old but I just wanted to share with people out if you couldn't shift out of PARK after new throttle or tps sensor replacement, you have to bring your car to the Honda to have them update the PCM software. The throttle position sensor must read that the gas pedal is not being pressed before the computer will allow a shift out of P. Yours is bad causing the code and the shifting problem.
