The HK45C's is more slender than the P320's and is a bit slick. I actually wish it had more swell in the sides/palms. So the P320 feels 'bigger', but in .45 it may help with controllability as the recoil is nicely spread out over the palm. The HK45C feels more like a single-stack, but its recoil-reduction spring/bushing helps keep recoil down.
