Making a Backup of a Backup is not a good idea in terms of data integrity. I will do two duplicati jobs on every machine. One saved full+incremental to the NAS and full+incremental to the Backblaze B2. In this formation you would have two indipendent/redundant Backups to work with which seems resonable.
