Moonveil is really fast to use and does great damage. The nerf hasn’t changed that in the slightest. I think most weapons are better than the DMGS. Dark moon is pure unusable vs a lot of bosses and it's not just because of the cast time for the special.

str scaling doesn't get above E, so it's not great for int/str, but it has more int scaling than dex scaling so do with that info what you will. IMO meteoric ore blade doesn't power stance well with other katanas, just because it's the only str focused katana. 2.
