Thanks. There is a built in coop feature, using in game invites through steam api. Works for most, and has an automatic portforward workaround so there is no worry for that. Just click Host, load up the game in whatever settings or fashion you like, then once in pause the game and invite your friend through the ingame window, not steam overlay.Click here to jump to that post.
