A click-then-press-and-hold on the unlock button on the key fob causes windows and sunroof to open for you. Random presses of that button will cause the unlock solenoid clicking you describe. No, the '16 Touring does not have that feature. True and neither does any of the other models. For the CR-V, Honda hasn't left some things unavailable which are on the Civics / Accords.
