Hell, its probably more expensive to hone from 1590 to 1600 than making a brand new 1580. The shard and mat costs are ridiculous. To hone to 1600 from 1580 with average luck, you need: -6.7 million honor shards (majority need to be bought since we have so little time before Akkan release) -51.5 million silver.

You get Akkan mats from Kayangel. Exactly, Kayangel gives Akkan mats, but just a few, meanwhile brelshaza even after the 5:1 conversion, is somewhat worth it. The only purpose for doing Kayangel currently at 1600+ is purely for books.
