Easy fix. Their is a wire (blue) that's become loose that connects to the radio Modual located behind the glovebox on the right side. Remove glovebox door , remove panel.Behind the panel you will see a Modual that mounted sideway , blue wire should connect to the box from left hand. Remove Modual and Unplug the wire and then plug back up.
