I traced the plow power cable back to the solenoid. When the raise or angle buttons are pressed you can hear the solenoid engage but there is no 12v on the output. I measure a good 12v on the input but on the output there is only 3 to 5v.

Also check the light harness connection at the plow. The iirc 9 or 11 pin connector you plug from the truck to the plow. If that one is not plugged in/losing connection you will get the same symptoms as you are describing. Maybe a loose terminal or its getting wet. You should hear a clicking noise. If not, check and make sure the screws holding it in are well grounded. Also, make sure the little wire going to the little post on the soleniod has power when the switch is activated.
