It has to be one using the halo scythe IIRC. I farmed a hour for their chest last night and got 7 thrusting swords and 3 scythes before i got the chest. I made sure to farm specifically to the one carrying the Halo, but it seems like they all only drop the Sword no matter what they're carrying.If the skeleton is holding the Grave Scythe, it can drop the Grave Scythe. Yeah it definitely drops from the ones near the back of Stormveil in Liurnia. Also pro tip, add sacred blade ash of war to a weapon on kill them with the buff active so you don't have to hit them when they're reviving, saves time on the farm.
