After some comments, I may attempt using scav sword power stance. One with poison mist and the other with Chilling mist. This would let me theoretically be able to apply Frostbite, Bleed, and Poison when dual wielding. The bleed application is less due to not applying it w an Ash of War, but 3 status effects seem strong.
