Ecpi holds about a 57% average of African american students across the 14 campuses. Diversity in leadership in the Admissions dept is very vague and voided. Prepare to work long hours, holidays and nights. They are open on some federal observed holidays. Flexibility is very limited. I have worked with advisors now at my local community college for over a year. Spoke with admission counselors at SNHU and WGU before ECPI and by far ECPI has the best communication the most friendly no pressure conversations and a very 1 on 1 individualized experience. All the negative reviews I have read about ECPI are about the work load.
