Lightning infusion on the Warped Sword seems to be the best if you use Ring of Blades +2, Flynn's Ring, Lightning Clutch Ring and of course Sacred Oath and Sunlight Blade (with 36 faith). The Uchigatana is very light and has low requirements, buffed you can defend yourself in melee pretty well without having to put many points in dex/strength.
