Also, if the scammer tells you the customer name, the restaurant, the order details, and/or your name, it is because the customer sees all this info and the person trying to scam you is the customer for that order. If DD ever calls you, feel free to say you will call support back immediately and call them yourself. This person was willing to lie and get someone fired over scamming $10 worth of food. That's a major red flag to any employer paying attention.
