Polearm user here, for vanilla it seems like 2H are generally better for killing infantry and archers. Pretty good for killing Cav too. However, there is a specific perk in the polearm tree that makes your attacks do 70% more damage to horses and, speaking from experience, it is pretty dope.

In Bannerlord, this sort of thing just cannot be modeled, and therefore the critical weakness of cavalry isn't really represented.
