Remove the battery hold down wedge (Also 1/2") in the center of the bottom tray and slide the old battery out. Put the new battery in the tray and replace the hold down wedge. Lift the battery tray back up and push it forward to hold it up. Tighten the four 1/2" nuts to secure it. Probably the best thing would be to open the door first so it indexes the window down on the driver's side then disconnect the battery and either remove it or with it disconnected it should not have any drain on it. Then close the door and lock it with the button on the door.
