2nd- Type on the game chat: /edebug on -> this will turn off EVERY addon (except elvui), so you can test and see if the problem still happens with only elvui on. (/edebug off will reactivate the addons, or you can manually activate them) 3rd- I've read too much nameplate styles can mess the fps a bit.

I tried changing them using the sounds options but it only changes the sound when the ability is targeted on me not when it goes off generally. Ability is aflame on fyrakk.

Didn't double check the specific numbers but you get the idea. Use bars 1-6 or change the action paging options in your action bar settings at the bottom. ElvUi is a UI Addon. ElvUi and WeakAuras are beasts but when you use them together it can make WOW so much more enjoyable. I recommend making your own ElvUi profiles if you go that route.
